Salesforce Developer (6‑Month FTC)

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office near Snow Hill Station)

Contract: 6 months

The Role

Our client is seeking two Salesforce Developers to join on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role involves working on advanced development projects with a strong focus on APEX and asynchronous processing. If you’re experienced with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enjoy working on custom integrations, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders and admins to deliver meaningful technical solutions — building functionality that drives value.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy custom APEX code (including asynchronous processing)
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (including database updates)
• Work on custom integrations and callouts
• Collaborate with admins and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
• Ensure code quality and follow best practices in declarative vs. programmatic development

• Strong experience with APEX (asynchronous processing, custom development)
• Hands‑on LWC experience (including database updates)
• Experience with custom integrations and callouts (standout skill)
• Ability to assess when to use declarative vs. programmatic solutions
