This is an Associate Contractor position, meaning you’ll work on a contract/freelance basis under the client’s direction but placed via Supermums. You’ll collaborate with the consultancy’s internal team and potentially their end clients, delivering hands-on Salesforce development work with a focus on flexibility, accountability, and high-quality output.

This role is ideal for a mid-level Salesforce developer (2–4 years experience) who is comfortable operating in a small, agile environment and juggling varied responsibilities across multiple projects.

Potential Key Responsibilities:

  • Customise Salesforce orgs using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard automation tools
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Support technical delivery across multiple clients with varying needs
  • Collaborate closely with admins and consultants to deliver high-quality results
  • Handle data migration, testing, and deployment across sandboxes and production
  • Participate in client-facing meetings as needed
  • Follow platform best practices around coding, documentation, and security

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience (consulting or in-house)
  • Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, Flows, and preferably LWC
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration vs custom code decisions
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Change Sets)
  • Able to self-manage workload and timelines in a remote team environment
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certified (Associate cert a plus)
  • Prior experience in a consultancy or multi-client setup preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration patterns
  • Experience with Jira or project tracking tools
  • Comfortable estimating effort and timelines for technical tasks
