Term: 2 days per week, 6 months

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing management and improvement of our client’s membership portal. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in maintaining Salesforce environments, troubleshooting issues, and optimising workflows to meet business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance & Enhancements: Ensure the smooth operation of the Salesforce membership portal, addressing any bugs and making small improvements as needed.
  • User Support & Training: Assist internal staff with Salesforce-related inquiries, provide training, and create documentation to support efficient system use.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Help staff generate statistical reports and maintain data integrity within the platform.
  • Process Automation & Integration: Implement improvements, such as integrating the claims approval process into Salesforce to streamline workflows using DocuSign for automated document signing and distribution.
  • Membership Management: Support the processing of new applications and ongoing member interactions through Salesforce.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably within a nonprofit or membership-based organisation.
  • Proficiency in managing Salesforce workflows, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.), and integrations such as DocuSign.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement small-scale customisations.
  • Strong communication skills to support and train internal users.
  • Experience with data reporting and dashboard creation.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with membership portals and claims processing in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or small business Salesforce implementations.
