Frequently Asked Questions
They are Supermums trainees or graduates building real-world Salesforce experience after structured training. They may come from varied professional backgrounds and are suited to junior, supervised Salesforce work.
The strongest placements happen when an internal Salesforce admin, consultant, operations lead, or project owner can provide context, prioritise tasks, and review work. Think guided junior support rather than fully independent consultancy.
Yes. A major benefit of an internship model is the ability to evaluate fit in a real environment, then progress high-performing candidates into paid contract or permanent roles.
A strong employer page should make clear that Supermums can review the placement, support both sides, and rematch where appropriate. That reduces perceived risk for the buyer.
Yes. The enquiry form should capture business context, required tasks, preferred working pattern, geography, and any relevant platform exposure so matching can be more targeted.
It depends on your need. If you want experienced strategic delivery, a freelancer may be better. If you want affordable junior support, a future talent pipeline, and a mission-led partnership, the intern model is compelling.
