Our Awards aim to celebrate the skills, progress and impact of individuals
in the Supermums Community
The Supermums Community
Supermums is empowering women and others with the most in-demand tech skills.
We provide first class training in leading cloud technology and help businesses recruit a diverse team with experienced and emerging talent to accelerate their tech projects in a cost effective way.
The Awards are here to recognise the achievements of candidates and Training Alumni who have progressed in their Salesforce career and benefited from being a part of the Supermums Community over the last seven years.
Our Judging Panel will be announced shortly.
With hosting the Awards we are also fundraising for our Supermums Bursary Fund that will fund places for women who have suffered from domestic violence.
Skills
Winners will be those who demonstrate professional expertise, skills & tools in their work.
Progress
Winners will demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning & career progression.
Impact
Winners will demonstrate positive outcomes or feedback from colleagues, users and clients.
You can nominate someone from the Supermums community who you know as an employer, colleague, mentor, non-profit host or friend, or you can self-nominate.
Eligible individuals for nomination include:
- An Alumni of our Training Courses
- A Candidate who has been placed in a Job via Supermums
- A Company who has hired a Supermum (Employer Award)
Timelines
- 8th July – Nominations Open
- 13th Sept – Submission Deadline Date
- Sept – Oct – Judging Take Places
- 14th October – Shortlist Announced for Category
- During Oct – Register for the Awards Anouncement/Event
- 11th November – Winners will be announced at an Awards Event kindly hosted by Box in London. It will also be streamed virtually for those that can’t attend in person.

The winner will be heralded for their incredible Data Analyst skills and use of Reports/Dashboards/CRM Analytics to produce valuable data sets.
The winner will excel in marketing mastery adding great value to customer journeys and campaign ROI from their marketing solutions.
The winner will be demonstrate their expertise in Sales Cloud through projects, certifications and feedback scores.
The winner will be demonstrate their expertise in Service Cloud through projects, certifications and feedback scores.
The winner will excel in building relationships with prospects and helping to close deals with clients.
The winner will excel due to their commitment to learning, niche specialism and value they bring to a company with their expertise.
The winner will excel at using AI to improve efficiency and harness the power of AI to power their Salesforce workload, implementations and systems.
The winner will demonstrate excellence in their growth and development as a Salesforce Consultant and feedback from customers.
The winner will demonstrate excellence in their growth and development as a Salesforce Admin with certifications, and actions as a Salesforce Admin.
The winner will have added great value and effort to the non-profit they volunteered with during work experience placement.
The winner will demonstrate project management methodologies and confidently lead projects with rigour and excellence.
The winning company will champion flexible working policies and practices for parents
The winner will confidently build rapport, gather and document requirements to build outstanding solutions as an amazing business analyst.
The winner will demonstrate a commitment to learning and applying DevOps principles within their delivery work.
Nominate and Donate
Help us change lives and support women to rebuild their lives after fleeing their home after suffering from domestic violence. There is the voluntary option to donate for every nomination.
Supermums is on a mission to empower a diverse range of women to transition into a flexible tech career, to improve the financial futures for them and their families without compromise.
Over the years we have partnered with a number of charities including The Sanctuary Foundation, Ashley Community Housing, Thomas Pocklington Foundation who have funded places on our courses for their beneficiaries, including visually impaired, refugees and women who have suffered from domestic abuse.
We want to continue to work with these charities by establishing our own bursary fund to support a number of funded places a year on our courses for their beneficiaries.
OPTIONAL : For every nomination submitted we are proposing a voluntary donation towards the Bursary Fund.
Supermums Training CIC is a non-profit entity and all proceeds go towards supporting our social mission.
