Become a Self Employed Salesforce Career Adviser for Supermums
We are looking for Career Advisers who can engage members of with their community in amazing new career choices. A community could be of interest, diversity or locality.
At Supermums we have been helping mums and others from all over the world to change their life for the last seven years. Check out our world map.
We upskill and support people into new flexible well paid careers within the Salesforce eco-system. There are 5 different career paths that suit different skills and experiences.
Our Track Record
We have an amazing community of 1500 alumni that represent many different nationalities and diversity groups all who actively support and champion each other in their career.
60% of our customers come via word of mouth and recommendation and we are keen to build on this even more with having an team of Supermums career advisers globally. We typically find that 20% of people choose to relaunch their career who explore the opportunities with us.
Our model is built on the foundation of peer engagement and support and we are keen to amplify this through having a team of career advisers who present communities both of diversity and locality who can help to spread the word in their community whether it’s Scotland, to Spain to Dubai to USA or diversity related to ethnic group to disability and beyond.
We would love people that represent every nation and diversity and quality group to engage with their communities.
We are looking for individuals who want to actively reach out, raise awareness and engage with people in their community who are looking for new career choices and to provide some guidance and open up opportunities to them.

What does the work entail?
It’s about spreading the word and engaging people in a new career! You have to an appetite for marketing, sales and helping people all rolled into one. Our approach is about ethical consultation and selling only if it is the a path that suits them.
Depending on your preference there are different ways to raise awareness and we can train and support you to expand your reach, these could including.
- Posting via your social media channels
- Posting, commenting and collaborating on lives in Community focussed social media groups
- Advertising in local nursery’s, hairdressers, schools or NCT
- Speaking at local women’s groups.
- Writing guest articles for local or community based press or websites
- Organise a free discovery session or training course in your community

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who want to become self employed career advisers who are self motivated, an avid networking, looks to talk about amazing products and who is passionate about helping people. Ideally you would have some of the following skills.

What support will I get?
- We have an online training platform to give you all of the training you need to become a confident self employed career adviser.
- We will equip you with training around all of the skills you need.
- We will host weekly team meetings to discuss questions, progress and brainstorm ideas with others
- We will provide a group virtual online chat for all advisers to exchange ideas virtually
- We will provide marketing collateral and ideas to use in your local campaigns
- We will provide lead magnets such as free training and events.
What can I earn doing this?
You can expect to earn around £2k – £4k a month from the commission
How many hours a week do i need to work?
It’s expected that you will need to work 15hrs+ a week to earn this sort of commission however these hours are totally flexible around your existing commitments.
Is there a fee to join?
There is no joining fee but there is an administration charge of £100 a month to cover software costs and access to CRM systems to manage your leads. Costs related to hardware and phone calls would be at your own cost.
