Levelling up opportunities for women

Championing the balance of Women in the Salesforce Sector with our #LevellingUpWomen campaign

Together we can collaborate to

Attract

more women into the sector

Retain

women within supportive environments

Progress

women into leadership roles.

Why is it important?

If the Salesforce eco-system is to attract more women then collectively we need to demonstrate the commitment to supporting and empowering women the sector. We know that 50% of Salesforce Admins are women and this is a great start, but let’s dig deeper.

In the lead up to International Women’s Day we are asking employees and employers to complete our #LevellingUpWomen survey to help us better quantify, understand and demonstrate the career opportunities for women in the Salesforce eco-system. We want to generate valuable statistics to tell a story AND/OR level up the playing field if work needs to be done.

We want to hear from female employees anonymously about their career experience and employers about how they currently empower women in their careers. The survey will be an educational experience as it will give you insight into all of the things that could be offered to women to create a useful benchmark.

The survey is open between the 28th Feb – 18th March. All completed responses will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher.
