‘The course opened up a really detailed and structured way for me to have conversations with potential clients. I was able to learn how to rein in the conversations I was having as often times I had all these great ideas but wasn’t able to offer these in a succinct and organised way. It also gave me a framework for having productive conversations, projecting professionalism right from the get go.
Aside from just the framework, what also came in hand in hand was feeling more confident having those conversations because an expert at Supermums created the guidelines. I had confidence that Supermums had covered everything I should be covering, so I no longer had to worry about missing something in these conversations I was having.’

‘When you look at the course as far as ROI, there’s tangible and there’s non-tangible. In terms of tangible return, there is a clear correlation between the new clients I have gained from the knowledge I’ve acquired from the course. It’s a given that taking the Supermums course has brought in new customers and revenue for my business.
However it’s the non-tangible learning I’ve taking from Supermums which has been invaluable. I am now able to build relationships with clients from an expert standpoint. I have gained so much knowledge and so many transferable skills from the course, which I am now able to apply to the conversations I’m having with your potential clients. For example, one element of the course focused on identifying people’s learning styles. Once you’ve identified your new clients learning style, you can tailor your approach in the right way to allow your client to gain as much value from your service as possible. ‘I went to my employer with information about the Supermums course and just said that I felt this was an area that I was lacking, and that it would allow me to grow and help increase revenue for the business. My manager at the time then came back to me and said, sure, sign up for it. It wasn’t a very hard sell, which is testament to the course subject matter and the reputation of Supermums. I think the program is very reasonably priced as well, especially for all of the content that Supermums’ shares that we’re able to download and continue to reference as well. ‘Welcoming and supportive community’
I’ve completed Salesforce Training with Supermums and I’ve recently passed Admin Exam. The course was created with contents for you to have the fundamental knowledge to work as a Salesforce professional. It is a fast-track intense course and not every topic can be there. But it gives you the tools and practice real live sample projects to do. I find that after completing the course with all the fundamental knowledge and the help of FoF questions, you can no doubt pass the exam. Their Recruitment team is very welcoming and helpful for you to prepare and put your foot into the Salesforce ecosystem. Like anything else in life, you have to put effort and dedication to achieve good things. Supermums community is always helpful when you need a solution for your Org. Everyone is willing to answer. The only thing I would like to see is to have more support available for those who completed the course and not yet found success. I was originally working as an email developer and could not get hired as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist because I lacked Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
