As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our client’s Salesforce environment. You will leverage your expertise in both administration and development to implement robust solutions, streamline processes, and support business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a growing team in the expanding Salesforce ecosystem as a trusted advisor and expert in Salesforce product implementation.
  • Apply declarative change solutions to project delivery work
  • Apply your expertise with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide technical support for escalated user and production issues
  • Provide mentoring & coaching to more junior Administrators for skills development
  • Create a collaborative and inclusive team environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Deploying change via CI/CD
  • Maintain system auditing evidence and documentation
  • Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation tools within Salesforce
  • Evaluate, install, and configure third-party applications from the AppExchange marketplace

 

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform Developer I certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency with the Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience in APEX, LWC, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and Visualforce page development.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and AI chatbots.
  • Knowledge of Zuora package installation
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and end-users.
