Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: UK – Remote (occasional travel to London)

Term: 12-Month FTC

Our client is a well-established and innovative company in the energy sector, known for supporting renewable and sustainable energy solutions. With a strong global presence, it operates across the UK, US, and Australia, with plans for continued international growth.

The Salesforce Technical Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams including Salesforce Admins, Architects, Data Analysts, and stakeholders across Sales and Operations. This role also involves collaboration with international Salesforce teams in the US and Australia.

Role Details:

The organisation has a mix of greenfield and mature environments, with a focus on Salesforce transformation programs and enhancement of existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Analyse and improve existing business processes to enhance CRM efficiency and usability.
• Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce features and functionality for UK operations.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and Salesforce teams across regions to identify best practices and champion innovation.
• Provide code-based development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and trigger frameworks.
• Act as the key UK technical lead within a global Salesforce community.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Trigger framework, and logging framework.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change and deliver user-centric Salesforce solutions.
• Previous experience working for the Energy Sector.
