Our client is looking for an outstanding Salesforce Administrator to support with the delivery of key digital projects for the commercial teams. You must be a qualified Salesforce Admin, with an excellent grasp of CRM and a thirst to learn more. A love of process and an eye for detail is critical, as is the desire to turn your hand to all things digital.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the General Manager to build automations and process improvements for customer operations.
- Support with building the foundation for sales objectives in 2025, building email templates, task cadences and monitoring pipeline management.
- Deliver configuration excellence across all apps (user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, page layouts, fields, formulas, validations, rules, flows, etc).
- Build out reports and Dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI to furnish senior teams with the data they need.
- Continuously review data and execute data cleansing where required.
- Document CRM processes and deliver training.
- Onboard new CRM users.
Key Requirements:
- Certified Salesforce Admin as a minimum
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with a mass mailing tool, preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of global marketing and privacy laws.
- Experience with Power BI or tableau preferable but not essential.
- Microsoft Excel – advanced.
- Powerpoint – intermediate/advanced.
- Word – intermediate/advanced.
- Vision and desire to help expand existing Salesforce capabilities.
- Able to work on your own or as a part of a team.
- Proactive problem solver – no task too small, no problem too big.
- Ability to work under pressure with a smile on your face.
- Able to learn quickly and grasp the project and operational details.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
