This large non-profit organisation is looking for its next Salesforce hire, and it’s an important one.

 

We are supporting this charity with its search for an experienced Salesforce Administrator.

 

The ideal candidate would be able to visit the office in London a couple of days a week.

 

Experience that we are looking for:

  • Experience in the non-profit sector using non-profit success pack (NPSP)
  • Strong business analyst skills to capture business requirements, analyse and evaluate current business processes and identify areas of improvement
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels to define system requirements and customize the platform
  • Supporting the training on end-users

 

Technical skills we are looking for:

  • Ability to create reports and dashboards
  • Experience designing business process mapping
  • NPSP proven experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certified

Day to day summary:

As a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst you will solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce Platform. You will build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. Salesforce Administrators work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. Most importantly, they enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology. Core responsibilities include supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, and delivering actionable analytics.
