As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our client’s Salesforce platform. You will handle administrative tasks, configure and customize the Salesforce environment, and apply your development skills to create and implement solutions that meet our client’s business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to support business processes.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, including data imports/exports, deduplication, and validation.
  • Leverage your expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to configure and optimize features specific to these modules.
  • Optimize Service Cloud features including case management, knowledge base, and service console to improve customer service operations.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues and queries related to Salesforce functionalities and integrations.

 

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and AI chatbots.
  • Knowledge in Zuora package installation
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Familiarity with data management and integration tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
