Location: Hybrid – UK (2 days a week in office. Multiple UK office locations)
We are seeking two Lead Salesforce Engineers to drive the development, deployment, and integration of Salesforce solutions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor junior engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce implementations while leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior Salesforce engineers and platform experts.
- Advocate for best practices in Salesforce architecture, development, and deployment.
- Design & Development:
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on automation and optimization.
- Design and implement complex solutions using APEX, triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows, and Process Builder.
- Integration:
- Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with external platforms and tools.
- Utilize Data Loader and other technical tools for data management and migration.
- Release Management & Testing:
- Own the release process, ensuring robust testing and deployment strategies.
- Leverage testing tools like Provar and Playwright to maintain high-quality standards.
- Agile Delivery:
- Work in an Agile environment, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce Expertise:
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (essential).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of APEX, triggers, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Proficiency with data tools like Data Loader.
- Experience with integration and API technologies.
- Testing & Deployment:
- Familiarity with testing tools like Provar, Playwright, and other automation testing frameworks.
- Strong release management skills, including testing, deployment, and post-release support.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced Salesforce certifications.
- Proven track record in delivering automation-focused projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
